Instructions for using PDF's as worksheets to record your reflections and responses:
If you wish to type your responses on the PDF worksheets in The Wellbeing Codes and save them to your computer or laptop, rather than printing them, please follow these steps:
- Go to the bottom left of the PDF where it says "Download", and click on the file name. This will download the file to your computer or laptop
- Locate the file in the "Downloads" folder of your computer or laptop (e.g., in Finder or Explorer) and save the PDF in a new file folder (eg. "Wellbeing Codes - My PDFs")
- Open the file using Acrobat Reader on your computer or laptop
- Click on the "Tools" tab at the top left of the file, and click on the "Comment" option to activate commenting
- Go back to the file by clicking on the tab at the top with the file name
- Click on the "Add text comment" on the Comment tool bar (icon: a plain capital "T")
- Type your responses
- When you are finished, go to "File" at the top of your screen, and click "Save as"
- Save your file
